1. Provider and website

OBell (Pty) Ltd develops and publishes ZeroBell. This website describes the product and its plans. It does not create app accounts, take payments or operate Bell interactions.

These are draft terms for review. Final app terms will be presented when the service is released; browsing this draft is not acceptance of a paid subscription.

2. App availability

The first release is being prepared for Android, with iOS planned for later. App availability, supported devices and release territories will be stated at launch. The product is intended for global use.

3. Accounts and use

Home accounts are for households. Business accounts are for business locations, and Business is free for now during the introductory period. Account membership and responder permissions determine who may take part in Bell interactions.

Only define a property or manage an account when you have authority to do so. Respect other people’s privacy and access permissions. Do not use the service to harass others, impersonate someone, share unlawful content or gain unauthorised access.

Account eligibility, age requirements and reporting or suspension procedures will be included in the final service terms.

4. Plans and payments

Free Home has no subscription charge. Home Premium is intended to be purchased in the app through Google Play. The initial price is US$2.99 per Home per month, with five members included. Each additional member costs US$0.50 per month. The price, billing period and purchase terms will be shown before purchase.

Business is free for now during the introductory period. This is temporary introductory access, not permanent free service. No Business payment is collected now. Future Business prices and payment terms will be published before paid access begins.

The website’s Plans and pricing page is informational. It has no checkout or payment-card collection.

5. Content and privacy

You remain responsible for information you send or publish through ZeroBell, including Business profile information. Only share content you have the right to share, and respect other people’s privacy.

The Privacy policy explains the website’s data practices and the status of the planned app policy.

6. Service limitations

The Bell and communications features depend on compatible devices, permissions and network availability. A live Bell interaction uses one responding device at a time.

Final service terms will explain outages, support, ending an account and applicable consumer rights. This draft does not promise uninterrupted availability or remove rights provided by applicable law.
