How ZeroBell works

Define a property, add an Entry, and let visitors ring the Bell. Business is free for now during the introductory period.

Choose an account

Use Home for a household or Business — free for now for a business location. Each account has its own members and responder permissions.

Set the Perimeter and Entries

The Perimeter is a polygon around the property’s area. An Entry is a circular contact zone at an arrival point, such as “Front gate” or “Reception”.

A visitor rings the Bell

The visitor rings at an Entry to contact the account associated with the property. Household members or permitted Business responders can respond, with one device live at a time.

Members communicate

Home Premium and Business — free for now include intercom, text, voice notes and push-to-talk audio. Free Home provides the basic Bell.

Common questions

Is a Perimeter the same as an Entry?

No. The Perimeter defines the property’s area. An Entry marks a circular zone where a visitor can ring the Bell.

Can every Business member answer the Bell?

No. Only permitted Business responders can view or join Business Bell interactions. Business is free for now during the introductory period.

Can multiple devices answer live at once?

One device handles a live Bell interaction at a time. Other eligible responders wait.

Can I download ZeroBell now?

ZeroBell is being prepared for Android first, with iOS planned for later. The homepage store links will point to the official app listings when published.
