1. Who is responsible

ZeroBell is developed and published by OBell (Pty) Ltd. For privacy enquiries, contact play@gpsapp24.org.

2. Website information

This website provides information about ZeroBell. It has no account-registration forms, checkout, analytics scripts or advertising trackers. Its navigation does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not access your camera, microphone or location.

A hosting provider receives technical connection information when serving a website, such as an IP address and request details. Cloudflare is the intended hosting provider. Provider logging and retention will be documented for the live deployment.

If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry. Store links take you to Google or Apple, whose own privacy policies apply there.

3. App information

The planned app uses property Perimeters and Entries, account membership and Bell interactions. Intercom, text chat, voice notes and push-to-talk audio are planned for Home Premium and Business — free for now.

These features involve account and membership information, property and location information, communications and delivery information. The final app policy will explain which information is stored on your device, which is sent to service providers, and when permissions such as location or microphone access are used.

The app is not released through this website. Its detailed data inventory, background-location behaviour and provider list will be published before launch.

4. Access and sharing

Bell access depends on account membership and responder permissions. Home visitors ring the Home; the visitor experience is designed to avoid exposing the household’s member roster or presence. Only permitted Business responders can view or join Business Bell interactions.

A basic Business profile is intended to display About and Status information publicly. Business is free for now during the introductory period.

The final app policy will describe recipients and service providers, including any hosting, notification and store services. This draft does not make a claim about the released app’s encryption or international data-transfer arrangements.

5. Retention and deletion

App retention periods and deletion instructions are being finalised before release. They will distinguish device history, server delivery data, diagnostic logs and backups, including any information retained after an account-deletion request.

You can contact play@gpsapp24.org about information you have sent us by email. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before handling it.

6. Contact, requests and updates

Contact play@gpsapp24.org to ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights and any legal exceptions depend on the circumstances.

A working account-deletion route and the app’s age and audience requirements will be documented before release. Changes to this policy will be published here with an effective date.
